Home Design & Drafting

For many Customers, building a home is the culmination of years of hard work, the bringing together of ideas and experiences and fueled by hopes and dreams. With a true passion for home design, we team with you to turn your vision into reality! 

After meeting with you to catch your vision and armed with your design inspiration (sketches, photos, descriptions) we create conceptual floor plans as the first attempt to capture the vision you have for your home!

Through many follow-up connections, revisions are created until the floor plans reflect the home you've envisioned. Then things really get exciting as we bring your floor plans to life and create 3D renderings of what your home will look like when completed!

When the Floor Plans, Elevations, and Renderings have achieved your vision for your new home, we complete your drawings by adding all the technical construction details that are required to obtain a building permit and construct your home. You now have drawings that are ready for construction to start!

Planning and Building

With your new home drawings fresh off the press, we begin the next steps of planning towards the moment when we break ground on your new home.

With a focus on "Plan First, Then Build" We go through each aspect of your home to record all your finishing touches so that the inside of your home reflects your vision as much as the outside.

The full group of Interior and Exterior selections are documented in Project Specifications which is a .pdf document that requires your review and approval before heading to pricing.
